WorkSource Oregon Mental Health Therapist 2 (Underfill) - Psychiatric Security Review Board - Relocation Offered in SALEM, Oregon

Marion County Health and Human Services is in search of an experienced clinician to work with Adult Behavioral Health\'s Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) team. This team provides services to individuals who are diagnosed with serious mental health challenges and co-occurring substance use disorders who are under the jurisdiction of the PSRB. A Mental Health Specialist on this team provides individual and group therapy, case management, and supervision and monitoring for individuals in order to support them in living their best lives. An ideal candidate would have the ability to come from a person-centered perspective while working with individuals who are mandated to engage in services, have strong mental health and risk assessment skills, be detail oriented, and be a collaborative team member. Wages: Mental Health Therapist 1: \$27.56 - \$36.94 hr Mental Health Therapist 2: \$33.44 - \$44.80 hr EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 1. Possession of a Master\'s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy or a behavioral science field, or possession of a bachelor\'s degree in Nursing and licensed by the State of Oregon, or possession of a bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; OR second year graduate students waivered as QMHP\'s by the Oregon Health Authority. Mental Health Therapist 2 Only: In addition to the educational requirements above, the Mental Health Therapist 2 must have at least one year of full-time, post-Master\'s degree experience in the behavioral health field. PREFERENCES Preference will be awarded to candidates who are LCSW, CSWA or eligible for LCSW. Qualified candidates will be eligible for licensure supervision if hired.
