Position Summary:
TheSenior Director of Shared Servicesprovides leadership, vision, and direction to the entire Shared Business Services team, oversees the centralized functions to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization to deliver results. In addition, this role is responsible for leading End-to-End process strategies to drive operational efficiency for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report functions in conjunction with business process owners and the Controllers’ organization. The following functions currently comprise the Shared Business Services team:Credit & Collections,Disputes & Deductions,Marketing Incentives (Rebates, Sponsorships), Full-Service Vending,Equipment Control,Accounts Payable,Pricing Execution,Customer Contract Management, andEnd to End Process Owners including Order-to-Cash & Procure-to-Pay.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Shared Business Services Department
Develop and communicate a clear strategy aligned with organizational goals
Lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Oversee the centralized delivery of business shared services, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency
Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to meet the on-going needs of the organization
Standardize and streamline Shared Business Services processes across the entire organization
Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit and functional leads, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and align Shared Business Services accordingly
Manage all financial aspects of Shared Business Services including budget, planning, monitoring, and cost optimization
Conduct monthly operating reviews with leaders of all functional areas, evaluating KPIs, project status and operational goals to support long term strategies.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and increased efficiency
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and internal policies and controls
Manage processes to comply with unclaimed property rules
Develop and implement risk management strategies for Shared Business Services.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Master’s degree and 12 plus years of experience in a service center environment or related area and 7 plus years of people leadership experience
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and KPIs effectively.
Excellent strategic thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities
Strong project management experience
Ability to prioritize and work on projects concurrently
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Experience with Robotic Process Automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Travel up to 10%
Strong customer service skills
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
