Compensation and Schedule for the Design System Developer NE

Design System Developer NE – Full-time, remote, $52 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work independently on a supportive team!

Required Qualifications of the Design System Developer NE

• 3+ years of recent web development experience required

• Healthcare experience highly preferred

• Experience in GitHub, JIRA, Slack, InVision, and JavaScript required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Design System Developer NE

• Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve services, processes, or products

• Solve complex problems, and take a broad perspective, including coordination with others outside own work unit, to identify innovative solutions

• Anticipate customer needs and assess requirements and identify new solutions

• Interact primarily with department and cross-department peers, supervisor, customers, peers’ managers, patients, and physicians

• Make decisions guided by policies in non-standard situations

• Impact the achievement of operational, project or service objectives

• Monitor and control costs of own work and may manage budgets for moderate sized projects or programs

• Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards

• Provide all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating core and leader behaviors each day
