Job Description: The Hartford HealthCare Access Center is the central access point for scheduling which will provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate access to Medical Group and other ambulatory services. The Practice Integration Specialist will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand practice operations, and preparing process and access improvement opportunities. The role will primarily focus on identifying trends, monitoring performance, and partnering with the integrated specialties on maintenance and enhancement activities. This position requires creativity, imagination, as well as critical thinking and a scientific approach to problem solving. They will work with clinical staff, practice managers, and practice directors. Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years in healthcare Minimum of 1 year of data analytics experience Working in Epic or other practice management system experiences preferred. Ambulatory practice operations and provider template experience preferred. Epic Reporting Experience and Epic Cadence certified preferred. Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Visio preferred. We take great care of careers!
