Senior Manager, Sourcing Strategy

  • Strategize : You will develop the strategy to best serve our internal stakeholders through a period of transformation. You will provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on strategic insights, analysis, experience and technical acumen.

What you bring...

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area. MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a role in strategy and operations, general management, business operations, management consulting, or investment banking.

  • Strong Excel modeling skills. SQL, PowerBI a nice bonus.

  • Experience in leading large-scale strategic projects and proven success in driving a methodical process of analyzing problems, gathering information, generating options, and acting on a course of action.

  • Proficiency in business communication tools and verbal/written communication to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change through storytelling.

  • Experience supporting, influencing, and presenting to senior executive leaders to drive change.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
